1. Intellectual Property & Architectural Designs

All naval architecture renders, structural glass photovoltaic diagrams, quiet pod propulsion technical patents, hull hydro-dynamic profiles, images, and copy featured on this site are protected by international copyright, trademark, and industrial design patents held by Layers Reelbridge Nautical Technologies Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.

2. Sea Trial & Demonstration Vessel Agreements

Sea trial requests submitted through this website are subject to client identity verification, confirmation of nautical licensing qualifications (where applicable), and formal execution of a Sea Trial Indemnity Agreement prior to embarkation from our London or Monaco marina facilities.

3. Yacht Build Slot Reservations & Allocation

Initial build slot deposits placed through authorized sales representatives secure a non-transferable allocation queue position for custom vessel manufacturing. Full shipbuilding contracts are governed by standalone Baltic and International Maritime Council (BIMCO) shipbuilding legal agreements executed directly with our UK shipyard counsel.

4. Limitation of Liability

Layersreelbridge provides online media, specification sheets, and performance range estimates for informational purposes. Performance values (range, speed, solar generation peak) may vary based on oceanic sea states, wind resistance, ambient thermal conditions, and client customization weight parameters.
